I called them, it seems they are a magazine publisher clearinghouse.  One of the menu options is to have your number removed from their system.  I picked that, let's see if it works.

4028350582  they give you a free 14 day trial then when you cancel ^^the free trial^^ -on time-- they say you didn't and try to charge you a lot of cash. it comes from a mystery shopper website job postings and they offer you "other special offers" it is a scam ill never try to make money like that again! closing my bank account asap!!!

I answered and they said they were affiliated with a publishing company and wanted to see if I renew my magazine subscription.  It was weird.  They knew the last 4 of my credit card number, name, address and where I work but they asked for my birthday and to take a recorded survey to cancel the subscription.  I hung up on them.  They've called back about 10 times in the past 2 weeks never leaving a message.

I answered this number to try to get my number blocked and they said that I needed to update my information, including name, job, address, etc., before they could put me on their internal do not call list.  After being transfered around and waiting on hold for 5 mins, they told me that they would remove my number.  This was not without a rude comment or two and fairly shoddy answers as to why I needed to update any information to get on their internal do not call list.  If you have the option to go through an automated system to get your number removed, I would recomend that route instead of speaking with anyone.
