nobody on the other end - call went dead - no message left

Sam here, nobody on the other end, when I called them back a computer voice answered with "NO one is here to take your call, if you wish to be removed please enter your phone number".

more of the same from our friends the wonderful telemarketers.  I have to say if you are one of these parasites, get an honest job that doesnt piss everyone off

Because the call registered from an area code nearby, I thought it might be someone I know, so I answered it...the caller stayed on for about 10 seconds and hung up.  Either way it cost me a minute.  Now this may not sound like a big deal, but my phone is for business and personal use and I don't like to waste minutes.  It's a pain in the a$$ and it's not the first time.

Telemarketer it;s an honest job for a lot of people and there is a lot of legit companies around offering real deals so please do not put all the telemarketers in the same bag.TR

I have gotten this same call several times from 402-835-4807.  What's really weird is I also received the exact same call from 3 other phone numbers as well - one 330 (Ohio), one 208 (Idaho) and one 262 (Wisconsin).  Same exact message and then when I call the number back - same English guy saying it's travel related and that pressing '1' is invalid to having my number removed.  Very strange...and I don't see what the benefit could possibly be to whoever is behind all of this.  I wish we could identify the company and get this to stop.  For me, the calls are coming every other day.
