This caller called my unpublished cellular phone line twice today.  I am not interested in your scam.  I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST."

I answered a call from this phone number. Nobody said anything. I said "hello" three times and the line disconnected.

This is a fishing scam.  People sit around in rooms and have a bank of numbers to call.  If you answer you are listed as active and then sold to companies that want to text/call you with their products.  Primarily political candidates utilize this to contact potential voters.  Don't ask me how I know.  If you answer you will be sold to someone's list.  Count on it
