No idea who this is, but they call multiple times a day & never leave a message. POSSIBLY  a company spoofing numbers promising a payday loan or credit card refinance scam (get both, but they usually leave a message.)
MOST LIKELY a medical bill collector. Paying $10-$20 here & there when I can, but not a drop in the barrel.
(Embarassed to admit, but I have a rare, genetic, terminal disease resulting in several million-dollar range--or more--hospitalizations. Not to mention my 11 doctors,plus home health companies, labs, x-rays, ambulances, DME companies, etc....enough boring, you get it. But credit dropped from 730.to null, $40k + in savings gone at age of 30 & disability check doesnt even cover rent & utilities (Thanks, Republicans, for making us PRETTY MUCH the only first-world country where, despite our constitution, our "certain unalianable rights" apparently NO LONGER include the right to LIFE). Jokes on them, because I'll die in next 2-3 years--forward calls to my coffin, haha!)
OK, sorry. Point is, lots of medical billers calling me directly or bills turned to collections. No non-medical bills, so guessing thats it.
