I got a call, two days in a row,  from this number.  I answered and said hello, but no one says anything...then a couple of seconds later, they hang up.

Get daily call from this number for the past two days; phone pickup; no answer, then hangs up. Find this loser and they will get the same back in multiples....and be sued for harassment...

THIS IS A SCAM.....They say they are a company called Cistron (a Windows Support Administrator).  They claim that while you work on your computer (play online games or chat online) that worms/viruses are being downloaded.  They cannot tell you which computer is affected (if you have multiple computers) and deflect the question every time it is asked.  They ask you to run programs which they say shows all of the problems with your computer.  Then they ask you to connect to a website (www.support.me) and give you a code so their 'technician' can work on your computer and clean it up.  DO NOT DO THIS, as this gives them complete access to all of your files.

I got a call from this number and said they are from Windows supporting system. His name is alex and but call is look like from India

got call from this number- said my computer was sending out virus e-mails. Said he was from
Microsoft support services and wanted to access my computer to clean the files- for a fee-
They call themselves "Smartmouse Solutions". This is A SCAM.

I received a phone call as well, the caller asked for my room mate then proceded to try and convince me. They stated MS softare engineers had received error messages from a computer in the household, then after several minutes of debating, they tried to counter argue that they have the contract for providing MS product support. i asked them to give me the MAC or Ip adress of the computer in question. He tried to run around telling me to open all computers and check product ID. I of course kept refusing and told him I did not believe him, He told me his name was "Jack Dawson" and I can contact him at and he gave me the telephone number. I said I would call him, I verified online and foudn that number to be smartmouse solutions a website hosting compnay, then verified the tel. number for MS support. not the same and they are in Ontario. So I did not call back, he called me not too long after and I told him I would nto be helping him, he then told me to open the desktop and told me you live at (adress), I did not confirm. i knew he was fishing for information so I told him I would not help him and hung up. That was 4 days ago, today he called again and my room mate told him she has no problems and told him not to call again.

My Aunt just received a call from this company "Smartmouse solutions" IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!! They wiped her computer completely!!!! IF THEY CALL YOU HANG UP IMMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO  You people have taken it completely wrong smartmouse is not a company which runs scam....
its a company which provides support for windows operating system......

I got a call from then and they have helped me alot with my computer i cudnt use my computer for past 2 weeks but after they provided the services my computer is working absolutely fine...

Yeah, right!  Pull the other one, it's got bells on it!

Watch out for these creeps. Very anxious to get your computer information. Plus they do not speak well, get thrown off by questions. What is a so called big business calling people, telling them your computer is going to crash, and you can hear children playing in the background? Get the fnnnk outta here!

Hi my name is brian williams i am from New york, my computer was not working for week,it would start and then shut down in a minute,,but one day i got a call from SMART MOUSE SOLUTIONS, they worked on my computer and now my computer worked fine..
I dont know how can you guys call them scam..cos they fixed up my computer...and whenever i have any problem like when it works slow or whatever i just call them up and they fix it up for me...these guys are very helpful...I AM NOT HERE TO PROVE MYSELF RIGHT AND PROVE YOU GUYS WRONG BUT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO TRY OUT THERE SERVICES AND YOU CAN FEEL IF THEY ARE GOOD OR NOT
