Some guy from "Trauner Cohen A" started yelling at me.

They called asking about my neighbors, and wanted to get their number or if I've seen them recently.  

What's crazy is the fact that they got my number somehow and knew that I lived near this people....I know it's not that hard, but the fact that they used my information to try to get in touch with someone else is appalling.

got a call from a guy named leon saying he needed a refrence on my father, i didn't know why he would need a reference and then he asked that i have my father call him.

Yea, some woman from this office called here on 8/28/07, looking for someone with the initials "A.G." I informed her that I was NOT the person they were looking for, and they could verify this by looking it up in the phone book.
But, nooo, that would be TOO easy!

These cold calls are annoying as HELL and a WASTE of my time.

They are part of the NOTORIOUS Collect America (CACH & CACV) scumbag bottom feeder franchises, which is listed among Bud Hibbs' top ten WORST debt collectors in this country:

This number 404-233-1900 said they were the same people called us wanted social security numbers when I refused to give them any information they cussed and screamed at me. This appears to be a scam of someone trying to commit identity theft. Never give your social security number over the telephone.

Received call from this #.  No message was left when I called back the guy acted like he was having problems logging on to his computer then he asked for my SS#.  I of course didn't give it to him and told him to just forget about it and I hung up.

I returned a call from this number and dialed the extension I saw that someone else left on this site.  That ext for the 1 800 number and the person that answered the 404 # sounded the same.  The extension recording said Ms. Thomas, but it sounded like an operator that finally picked up.  It also sounded like their were several conversations giong on at once in the background - like a phone bank operation.  I wanted to know why they called me, but she didn't answer, instead only wanted to know if I wanted help or not.  I repeated my question, and she hung up.

Why would a law firm being operating at 9:00 pm?  Fishy -

I received a call on Thursday, November 15th from a Ms. Rucker AT MY JOB stating that she wanted me to call her back regarding a matter. She left the number of 1-888-698-1837 ext 1331. This is a collections agency and they stand behind the name of a law firm. I think it is very inconsiderate of them to contact your place of employment especially after you have asked them to stop doing it. This is harassment......

These people called me once looking for my sister-in-law.  I offered to give her their info as I didn't know who this man was.  The man, who was really pretty nice, gave me his info and my wife passed it on to her sister.  Then they called a few days later looking for "Mary".  Don't know a Mary.  I believe they are a collection agency.  I'm a little bothered by the fact that they called me again for someone I didn't know, as I don't owe anyone any money so really don't want collections calling me for any reason.  I also think it's pretty weird that our number is unlisted, and yet they could find us but not my sister-in-law?

These people obtained my checking account somehow and debited my account 100 per month for nine months.  Since I was busy and had quite a bit going on in this account, I didn't catch it and now 900 has been stolen from my account so watch out they are stealing your id as well as calling.

After a few calls and transfers, I found someone who promised to return the money taken from my account by entry error so maybe they are not so bad after all.

Called me claiming to be and attorneys office looking for my brother.  How the heck did they get my number when I live in a different state?  I have received numerous call from the same number each time I hear a different story as to why they want to find him. Not the friendliest people in the world when you refuse them information

Asked for my husband on answering machine. Said he better contact an attorney . This is a serious matter . He stated ../. Regarding a debt .

no call just a note from my employer for wage garnishment. The letter had their number on it. I had already won a judgement in my county for them to cease collections from me so they went to another county and have apparently gotten a new judgement against me. Now I have to get another attorney in that county to file again. This is not right nor legal..how can courts allow things without letting you know about it. Unscurpulous

A Ms Taylor called and harrassed my Mother, Aunt and a cousin (that is in the Navy cross country) said she needed info on a family member

They called several times and harassed my receptionist for a matter that they do not want to work out with me.  I didn't refuse payment but the amount I offered was not sufficient. I have since made a complaint with the Federal Trading Commision. There website is  ftc.gov.  They should not be harassing at work.  I cant stand them!

I receive about 4 to 7 phone calls a day from this number.  A guy named Schumack or something has been telling me to pay $3,800.00 for the debt I owe to Bank of America (Which was from a Sweepstakes check I suppossedly had won, for $4,750.00 and that I had sent back to the same people to pay for taxes).  I was a victim of fraud and Bank of America was suppossed to fix this matter.  It seems they never did and now they have "hired" this people to harass me.  They say that I Bank of America had filed a suit against me and that if I do not pay today I will be arrested and sent to court.  I am not even working right now and my husband is disabled.  I am very frustrated and do not know what to do.  I called Bank of America several times already and nobody knows anything about this.  This kind of people should be stopped.  Can we all get together and do something about all this?  Justice needs to be done, and NOW!!!!!!THE UNION MAKES THE FORCE!!!!

Did you file a police report and fraud alerts with all three credit reporting agencies?

Don't count on Bank of America to "fix" anything for you!

trauner cohen & thomas very rude jerks so i called them back they got upset became irate and in his anger made the mistake of giving me his ext.number 1621 mr.anderson so i started calling him every hour he had the nerve to say i was harrasing him what a joke i think everyone should call 1 404 233 1900 any ext.from 1600 thrue 1630 as often as posible to show them how it feels please join me fight back dont let these rude jerks get away with it
