Yes they claim to be a process server and then transfer you to the account holder to settle a claim. Threatening you with a court summons. When you don't feed into it they just hang up.

Spam call with sounding like real call and you need to be there to sign when they deliver document. Completely fake, just ignore.

The caller wanted someone to be home to sign papers at a certain time that are some documents that must be signed by an adult. I called back the number (because unwanted calls goes straight to vmail), it’s a recording and someone has to dispatch me to the right caller. The recording sounded like a real person and said his name was Steven Robertson, but it was a robocall. They told me to call a 1-866 number for more details. I’m not though.

Also, this is the number they called from +1 (404) 369-2911 and the caller Id said “ProServ” . I still don’t trust it.
