unsolicited spam recorded message from company soliciting business services they called a cell phone on the no-call list.

Did not answer - they left no message. I am sick of these unsolicited calls, especially when my cell number is on the do not call list.

The government's "Do Not Call" list is worse than useless.  I noticed that whenever I put a number on that list, I immediately started getting many times more spam and scam calls then I got before I put them on the list.  It's obvious that that spammers and scammers use that list as a source of numbers to spam and scam... exactly the thing it is supposed to stop,

Don't put your number on that list or it will get worse.

I wonder how many billions of dollars of taxpayers' money is being wasted on that list and all the useless bureaucrats who run it.

I too am on the no call list. Left no message.  House and cell on no call list. It is very frustrating

I got a missed call, I called it back and got a recording that went "Hello, this is Lloyd and I can mentor you into a six fiigure income..." I didn't listen to the whole thing.

Unknown repeat call who left a "blank" message on voice mail.

received a call from this number the other day. a generated phone message was left on my voicemail. they need to not call again. I won't answer numbers I do not know

There's a free cell phone app called Blacklist that will allow you to block anybody annoying who calls your cell phone.  Works great.

A telemarketer trying to sell home alarm systems. They are aware that you are listed on the National Do Not Call registry. Once they get you to commit to a sales call ( installation of the system) the sales representative ask you to " wavy" your rights from being on the registry.
