I received a call this morning from this #. Who is it?

I recieved COPIOUS calls from this number yesterday, as well as 678-593-3138.  I answered both one time and was told by each caller that she/he was calling in response to my request for an insurance quote.  Surpirse!  I didn't request a quote.  Another scam phone call, hmmmmm?????  I'm also wondering why my caller ID tells me that these two numbers are "out of area" when I live in the metro Atlanta area.

I have received no less than 100 calls from this number and others.  Even emails stating "thank you for your insurance inquiry!" I did contact state farm to see if I could bundle home, auto and health. Just them. Answered 1 of the phone calls and they said " we heard you were looking for better insurance" I'm like uh who are you with? I didn't recognize the name but stupidly answered some of his questions, he already knew my address, email, phone obviously, home's current value, etc etc. since I hung up with him my phone literally rang ( well blinked because I turned it off) NON stop from noon until 6:40pm. Wow these people are unbelievably bold and aggressive! I will answer every call tomorrow, and quickly say I did not inquire anything with YOU don't call again. Hopefully that will lesson the masses! Scary crazy! Hard times makes salesmen crazy aggressive I don't envy their job but I will put a polite as possible stop to it. So beware if you ever check any of your insurance rates, the flood gates will open! Have a great day!

Insurance scam!

Has called 2x so far - 7 AM (PST) and 7:05 AM (PST). I didn't answer and no VM was left.
Have also gotten 7 phone calls between 7:24 AM and 8:31 AM (PST) from 2 other 404 numbers and an 877 number that have also been reported as insurance scams. Besides health, I have made no insurance inquiries in over 6 months.

I just received a call, no message left on voicemail. I did request insurance quotes through lowermybills.com. Now, a month later, I'm still getting calls.

Whenever I answer the telephone there is nothing but silence then music like I was put on hold so I hang up and it may have been  because I filled out the form inquiring about lower insurance rates. I believe insurance companies and owners are stooping to really low levels. Not only the call and hang up but one instance was where the insurance agent /owner go to the same church as this family does then part of the family has dropped their insurance and so the other family member gets a call thinking that they are still driving his and they aren't so a lot of nosey busybodies
