404-410-2731

i am getting phone calls from a number listed as (404)410-2731 asking to speak with my boyfriend who is not in any way affliated with my phone number, not to mention my number is unlisted.  They claim they need to speak with him or his attorney, and have threaten jail ect. I called my local law enforcement office and they told me that this is a scam, and that the problem with these supposable companies is that phone companies are letting these companies buy numerous numbers and catching them is like catching a ghost. Something should be done about this company and its threats.  Payday loans or owed bills, nobody get thrown into jail over unpaid debt. Proper channels are legal civil suit and court.

They keep calling and asking for someone named Terrance Gregory.  I don't know Terrance but they sure do want to talk to him.

I keep getting calls from this number about a payday loan in which my partner had. "he's Dead"  Stop calling

I've several calls every morning in the last few days from this number. When I pick up the phone, there is a voice recorded message keeping saying I own them money. It is very annoying

I have been getting calls from this number everyday for weeks now! i do not answer a number i do not know!! my number is listed in the do not call reg. . and i say to callers like this one and others if it is important enough to them that they constantly call so damn freakin much... leave a damn message... and then i will decide if ur call needs2 b returned. And no i do not owe any debts to anyone, i learned early on from parents, if i do not have the cash for whatever it is i want.. then to bad!! i will just have to wait for it until i do!.

they called me and told me that i have 24 hour to pay or to speak to my attorney, but when i told them to please not to call my number and to communicate by mail only and to prove that is my account the caller got upset and hung up on my, i was able to get a mailing address from them, i will be sending them a certified letter with this request.

I received a harrasing phone message stating that I had 24 hours to return the call and that they needed to hear from me or my attorney.  I received a call from these idiots about 6 months ago and when I asked for written proof of an "alleged" debt that I owed I received absolutely zero in the mail.  I did not return the call to them this time. Number called from 404-410-2731.  I filed a complaint with the BBB of Atlanta,GA and hopefully will get some resolve there.  This company claims to be:
Vandenberg Chase & Associates who state they are  a law firm.  Sorry but they are a collection company and not a law firm.  And if written proof is asked of and they will not send it, obviously the debt is not legitimate.

Received call today 5/5/11 at 2:07pm from 404-410-2731. Debt collection call for previous phone owner: LaTonya Eddy. Have gotten a lot of collection calls for her. Robo call said Vandenberg & Assoc and gave # 888-856-4606.

Hello, I have been trying to get these people to send me something but they will not. I read above that someone had an address I too would like to send a certified letter to them requesting that they send me something in writing can someone help me with an address please.
This is driving me crazy I dont have anything that is owed but I would like my name cleared..

These people are calling my job, literally every 2 or 3 minutes a day. Can they continue to harass me on my job like this. and what makes it so bad is that the calls are going through the main line, so everyone is getting a call.

people,it is against the law to harass you at your employers business,even if you owe them millions.if you want them to stop,simply talk to them and act as if your interested.ask them for a real adress and pretend you want to comply,ask for their name,and a real address again.promise you are serious and lie through your teeth.when you get enough info,fill out a complaint with your states attorney general.when they call again'and they  will,get a whistle and blow as hard as you can,or else play with them such as tell them to hold on,then say hello hello and pretend you cant hear them,also repeat everything they say.every time they call and get a smart ass on the phone,it aggrivates them and you are indeed the one who controls the calls,not them for their being paid to talk to you and collect,and how can they collect ,time is money and eventually they get tired and move on like a pain in the ass they are.have fun with these leeches,dung eating low lifes who missed the nasa hiring job fair..good luck and fun.

They call literally every minute they have more guts than brains!!!

I've been getting calls from this number for approx. 2 weeks. I don't recoginize this number & they never leave a message. WTF! Quit calling if you don't want anything!!!!

They continue to call me the person they are asking for is the person that used to have my cell phone nunber. I have picked up and its a recording.  I looked them up and on their website at the bottom click on contact us and you can send them a message.  I didn't put my name only initials and used email noemail@noemail.com.  I have asked for them to stop calling.  If they continue to call each time that they do I am going to their site and submitting a complaint

i checked out this company and they are BBB acredited company. i also, asked Attorney General's office and they are real company. yeah! i agree it is not law firm. just another collection agency. they called my family members and i told them not to call them. ONLY call me.. They told me they use many different numbers. so, they don't just have one number. i called 404-410-2731 and it did connect me to the person who is working on my case. i even called the company who i owe money to because i wasn't sure. They did have me on record that i owe that money.

i paid my debt. so, i hope they will leave me alone. after i paid them i closed out my account and open new account somewhere else. just in case they try to take more than they should.

Hmmm...who's willing to bet that they just took her money and ran???

Yea I'm thinking the same thing.

I get calls @ least 15 times a day. I have only answered once and didn't get a sound so I hung up.
