Woman called claiming to be from State of Georgia wanting to lower my Medicare premiums with extra government assistance.  Things she said alerted me that it was a fraudulent call.

I’m getting this same call right now was she fraud cause she keeps asking for my sons Medicare number and I would never give it over the phone

Medicare does not call you unless you ask for a call back.

Caller said she was calling from DFCS about my extra benefits. I told her I didn’t know what she was talking about and she hung up

She said she was calling from Medicare about my extra help benefits. I became suspicious when she asked me for my medicare number I didn't think that anybody would call and ask me for this. So I told her I didn't have it with me and that she would have to call me later but I'm not planning on taking the call. Because I filled out an application online for the extra help benefit.

Woman said she was from the government representing extra benefits for my son, who is a cancer survivor. Wanted to know his insurance and birthdate, which I didn’t give her. Told her he was already getting benefits. She said thank you and hung up. I blocked the number.

Woman called stating she was from the state of Georgia calling about SSA Extra Help with Medicare Drug Plan Costs. She knew my date of birth and asked me for my Medicare Card number .. I replied how can we verify you are who you say you are? She hung up. Blocked!

A woman called claiming to be from the State of Georgia checking on my pharmaceutical insurance and I was just reading something from the state about my pharmacy coverage. She asked for my Medicare # and I gave it to her she knew my birthdate and then asked me for my last four digits of my social so then I asked her some questions and I became suspicious but it was to late, we hung up and I called the number back and it answered and automatically hung up I tried it several times

Woman pretending to work for DFCS was asking for medicare number and I said no, as a former employee of DFCS they do not ask for that information.

The woman said she was from the State of Georgia calling about my extra benefits. She had info that I never share, so I was stupid & gave her my Medicare number & the last 4 of my Social Security number.

Called today saying she was from State of GA and DFCS - she had my birthday and address - but asked for my medicare number and last 4 of social - I asked why - and she repeated that she was with the State of GA. I told her she should have that information also asked what the initials stood for DFCS  and she hung up

Same as above; when I asked why was it a private number and not a state number, she hung up. I’ve called back numerous times and sent a text, but it disconnects everytime.

A scammer keep calling claiming to offer extra help for Medicare...Block her after you cuss her out ...She is a big fraud and need to go to Jail

Has same call said she was dfacs..had my birthday and address.. I asked when so they work on Sundays,she said people don't answer during the week cause of travel and work..then she asked for my Medicare # and I said no..she asked again I said no and she asked if I wanted to end this call... yes!
