I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, and they didn't leave a message. Anyone else get a call from them?

Answered because I thought it was my office calling, they said call is being recorded so I told them wrong number and hung up.

Just got a call from them and they said it was recorded as well. I told them I was at work and hung up.

They call and never leave a message. I blocked them

Portfolio Recovery has poor information and are calling us because they are phishing in the wrong places. They need to go deeper where they are. Block the number. Get yourself a Panasonic phone system that blocks 250 numbers. A system with 3 handsets is less than $100. Check Amazon.com for one. A nice feature is when these bottom-feeding losers do call back; there is NO RING to irritate you.

yes they call me as well i don't owe anyone any money but i have heard about them unfortunate to crank call people randomly but i can simply change my number eventually if it continues no big deal
