Spanish speaking prerecorded message to a cell phone. No idea who or what they are selling.  However, I believe that this type of call is not allowed to a cell phone.(http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html).  These calls can and should be reported to  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm It is a long form with a lot of questions, but if enough of us file a complaint maybe something will happen.

Yes it's me, Dingo Dog...again!  Got another call from this number on my cell today.  Of course I did not answer and of course no message was left.  This is so annoying, I cannot understand why these people keep calling when they know no one will answer and whatever it is they are trying to do is not working!!!  Why don't they just stop???

Just called me about 5 minutes ago, someone speaking Spanish..some clapping, then speaking again. This is the second time they have called me in about 2 weeks.

Call came through on cell phone ... didn't answer and after reading this glad I didn't.

My family and I are from the Chicago area (area code 815) and all 3 of us received this call within minutes of each other and no one answered it. No message and didn't call back.

This number called me on the 17th of October. I'm in Toronto. Called around 11:45 am.

Same thing. My cell is a 908 in NJ. What can we do to stop these bogus calls besides calling the provider? I don't list my cell phone number anywhere.... is this the same as those recordings we get regarding bogus car warranties?

Well after I red everything, I got something different. A recorder said This an important message from T mobile for Jose Mendoza if you are Jose Mendoza press one if you are not Jose Mendoza press two. I just hang up. This is so weird.

A shrill blow from my referee's whistle ended the call pronto!

ya know....doesnt it seem obvious that no one is giving out their #s and the only ones who COULD know is the service that you belong to???  hallo!?!?   same happened to me. dont answer the call?? what difference does it make, they have ur #, call you all the time they will. and on top of that, youre being listened to, the gov wants to know what their citizens are doing! terrorists started the whole thing.

Their identities are unknown. They must be communities terrorists or illegal aliens and they are very risky to America. The government, Homeland Security, and ICE must do something to stop their next step.
