This is a bogus caller.

They like tying up your 1-800 numbers too. That cost's us.
Just to listen to nothing...

This is a business, they are costing us money to tie up our lines,,
This stuff needs to stop costing the consumer time and money.
The phone company has controll over this and they don't care.
Their call trace's don't work for crap, but you pay for them for the service's...

This number calls me several times a week, even though I keep pressing the number given to take my number off their list.

We have received several calls from this number.  When I answer, no one is there, but when I call it, the message is that the number is no longer in service.

WEIRD.
