This number called me and did not leave a message. I called it back a couple of minutes later and got a recording... "You have reached the United States Dental Benefits Office. We are currently experiencing high call volume..."

I received the same call today.  I called back and basically got the same message:   "You have reached the United States Dental Benefits Department. We are currently experiencing high call volume..."Please hold and the next available agent will be able to assist you."  Needless to say I did not wait for an agent because I already have dental insurance.

Got the same.  Called, immediately hung up before I answered, called back and got the dental benefits signup with the high call volume message.

Call me and hung up called back and was put on hold due to high call volume frm the dental benefits signup
