Got a call answered then the jacka** hung jp never said anything

I got a call from this number.  I called it back.  The "answering machine"  said "You have reached the United States Dental Benefits Department..."

It's the United States dental department asking me to apply for benefits although I have insurance. How did they get my cell and what exactly do they want?

They are probably phishing for a credit card number or bank account.  There is no Dental Department of the United States.

Did a reverse phone search on this number.  It is a mobile number - does not belong to a legit business.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!

I've been searching all the posts in regard to this company(s) and still have not found anyone that has been scammed.  In most cases there is always individuals that have been victims of the alleged scam.  Just trying to get to the root.  I have called all numbers referenced in these posts and in all cases there is someone answering the phone during business hours anyway.  I even applied and received the RX card, called and activated it with no cost, was not even asked for anything but my name and mailing address.  They always disclosed they are a private company and not affiliated with government in any way.  I even began an enrollment in the dental program several times, never finishing of course, but they always record the call.   I'm still trying to find the scam.

This number calls me. Sounds like a scam.
