Received a call just now from this number. Caller said he was with a fundraiser for police departments and referred to a couple of state representatives (I don't believe they were Oklahoma representative though). I agreed to do a donation and he said he would put me through to the accounts people to verify my address. The accounts lady asked me for a credit or debit card number and I refused to make a contribution via phone. She insisted that she wouldn't need the three digit code from the back of my card and that they would only use the card information for one-time transaction. I again insisted that I would not provide credit card information over the phone. The lady said she would go ahead and mail out a packet to me if I could verify my address. I asked again who was benefitting from this donation and she advised it was a nationwide police campaign. When I realized local police departments were not the ones initiating this campaign, I told her to immediately cancel the mailout as I am not familiar with them at all. I wouldn't be surprised if I just got scammed. Luckily, I've already got fraud alerts on all the credit bureaus. :)
