This number called me twice and rang the phone off the hook both times when I did not answer. I did not answer because I only answer calls from known numbers.

Called around dinner time and left voice message about info interest rates that could affect my credit card.  WTF? What kind of "legitimate" business does not want to identify themselves?

I continue getting these calls about lowering my credit card rate and they are not from any credit card company I have.  Hanging on the line to indicate I do not wish to receive anymore calls doesn't work either. Tell me...has ANYONE seen the NO CALL registration actually work?

Get calls from this number every few months.  Same as above posts about lowering my credit card debt.
No company identification.  When you press 1 to talk to someone, no one comes on, just dead air.
Have reported this number to FCC.gov, but to no avail.
