I have gotten phone calls that show on my phone as a friend of mine calling WITH THIS NUMBER.  Always at an inoppurtune time and just as I hit "answer" it hangs up.

THE DISCONNECTED MESSAGE:  Each time is shows my friend's first and last name in the missed calls registry, but this odd phone number.  So, I hit redail right away and get a "disconnected number" message, very odd.

PARTIAL SOLVE: So, I looked up my contacts in my phone....there are two for my friend one with her phone number and a second one with SOME OF HER INFORMATION and the 407 number!  

The contacts list is all inclusive, it takes contacts from all my e-mail addresses I have ever accessed, but not just people I put into my e-mail contacts area, it strips them from e-mail traffic as well.  

I searched my Yahoo e-mail since that is the e-mail listing under Linked Profiles for both numbers----The 407 number is nowhere in my Yahoo e-mail or contacts list.

STRANGER AND STRANGER: So,this wonderful technology having a glitch that would explain part of it.  BUT, how can they call from a "Disconnected" number, and how in the HELL does all this technology resolve that number to her name in my phone????  Wierd.  Trying to figure out and who to report this to, besides being an obvious scam they are also violating technology regulations.

Received a call from this number at 17:43Z 31 Dec 2012.

Apparently, the number that showed on the screen is a spoofed phone number.  Comes up as 'Disconnected' on call back.

this is a business phone number , Supress this number Immediately !

I keep getting calls on my business phone from this bogus phone number 407-210-1515, it states, "Got a credit card resolution message - says I need at least $4000 in credit card debt to apply"  
says to press one to speak to someone , I do that it goes to dead air
call it back it says its disconnected..... .

PLEASE REMOVE  this number , SUPRESS this Number .. do what ever it takes to stop harassing this phone line !!

Keep getting unwanted calls from this number even after being registered on National Do Not Call list

Please stop making calls to my cell phone

someone called me tonight from this number.  i waited until a man answered, i requested to speak with a supervisor and he wanted to know why.  i again requested to speak to a supervisor he hung up on me.SCAM all the way..i tried calling the number back and was told it was disconnected.. They better not call again.

Is is me or are there suddenly a lot of these stinkin' calls?

Called my work number, didn't pick up the call and they didn't leave a message.

Just got a call, they didn't leave a msg. they just let it ring a few times. I have a do not call on my phone. I'm going to report them.

It's the Lower Your Interest Rate Scam.  Just ask them for their address and contact number so you can call them back to verify if they're legitimate.. LOL  They'll hang up faster than lightning!
