I just received a call from this company stating that they are trying to collect on a pay day advance from March of 2008.  When I informed her that they were past the statute of limitations (for the state of CA it is 4 years) she became very belligerent with me and threatened to sue me in court and have me served with "legal documents at your place of employment.  Since I know you really don't want that kind of embarrassment, I think you should resolve this issue with us now."

I'd like to see them try!  Don't be fooled by the bullying tactics these people use.  Inform yourself with the Law and stand by it.  They cannot do anything to you if you don’t allow them to!
