- Caller: Don't know
- Dean| 12 repliesAppears to be Chase Bank. This is one of the dozens of different numbers you'll get collection calls from if you're late on payments. I consider repeat robocalls and continued failure to leave messages harassment. Conduct like this is why I opened a debt collection defense in my law firm, so I could help people sue banks and debt collectors for unlawful actions.

- Anita| 3 repliesWas late for my payment for the first time in over 5 years (owe less than $4K on all my Chase balances, and I think this is the second time I've ever been late ever) and these bozos won't stop calling me even though I called Chase's customer service number from the back of my cards and fixed everything up myself.
My husband is convinced they're a phishing scam (if I need something, I'll call the bank's official 800 number, not give it to some random number from Florida!) but debt collection makes sense too, since it only started a week after I realized my payment was late. If they're this persistent on someone who's never been late and has such a small balance, I don't know what everyone else is experiencing! Since everything's fixed with Chase, I put this number in a Spam groupa on my phone and turned the ringer off for that group.- Caller: Chase
- Call type: Debt collector
- DO NOT ANSWER| 1 replyIT IS CHASE CREDIT SERVICES. AMAZON SELLS T BLOCKER AND IT HANGS UP ON THE FIRST RING AND STORES 1500 NUMBERS.

- Susan| 1 replyReceive at least 4-5 call per day from this # which comes up"Florida" on caller ID. Called back yesterday, they sais it was CHASE. Immediately asked for my account #. When I asked what it was concerning, they said they couldn't tell me until I provided my account# so they could look up my account. I immediately hung up and called the 1-800# on the back of my credit card. A rep from CHASE told me that they never hang up if they need to speak with you concerning your account. They leave a message with a reference# concerning the reason for the call and give you instructions on how to call them back. Funny, today I had no calls from the 407# since I questioned them yesterday!!!
