received this call today, and I didn't answer, left no message.

Repeated unsolicited  calls from this caller all hours of the day and past 5:00 PM. We don't  answer  landline  unless we recognize  the caller's  number. On the "no call list" which is totally  useless

If you are registered on the Do Not Call list & get a telemarketing call, of any kind - you are being called by criminals. Either foreign, or domestic. Hang up. Do NOT talk to them, and DO NOT call them back. Block the calls if you can.

Just got the call. Hello my name is Steve. You may be eligible for low cost or no cost health insurance. Do you currently have health insurance? (me:YES) Are you on medicare? (me:NO). Do you have insurance (me:Medical). Ok, well you may still qualify and we can save you money. I will be transferring your call and you may hear a series of clicks. (Next, call is gone). Medical is government subsidized insurance in California (mainly free) so I wondered how they would save me money on free. Damn, I will never know. Lots of these health insurance and consolidate student loan calls last few months, all scams. Never say names of companies, just they can "lower" your cost. SCAM!!!!!
