    Scammer!! They texted: "Hello, this is Kenneth. please do you do boat maintenance repair. and please do you accept all major credit card please  let me know if you can handle it for me asap."  We texted them a local boat repair ph# because we do not do boat repair.  They then texted back "I am having Chest Cancer please I can't call and that is why I can only text you please."   <----- doesn't make sense does it?  It's a scam.  Do not reply to them...
