Called cellphone, left no message.

Claim to nogotiate 0 interest on credit cards through the federal government.

Some type of household lending company says they got info from Credit Bureau.
They were to call house holds but got my Cell Phone instead.  Seems they have gotten wrong info.

Not sure this is a ligit  company -

Claimed to be FLC and lower credit card interest rates to 0% IF you "qualify".  Called me at 7:26 am PST  (which they are not suppose to do any sales calls I think before 8 am.  Just told them I did not carry any credit cards (I actually have 16, but all "0" balances).  At least it was a live person and not a robo-call.  BTW I was able to get all the robo-calls to finally stop after years of daily calls.  Main was "Rachel" at credit card services and the other was for the "Medical alert system", both coming from the SAME robo-call center (spoofing all different numbers of course).  ADVICE if you are getting robo-calls from "Rachel" (or the like) and the "Medical alert system" garbage, I found the way to make it stop is to actually order the medical alert systems on a good credit card, get the item (DO NOT ACTIVATE IT!) and then have your credit card company remove the charge and block them.  I have a stack of their merchandise, still sitting in the boxes and keeping them as evidence to be used in federal case for violation of federal law regarding rob-calls .. this is LEGIT & LEGAL!  After you take enough product away from them and tell them you are keeping their product for federal prosecution, they finally take you off their robo-call system!  I have not had a robo-call in MANY MONTHS now!  I was getting at least 2-6+ PER DAY FOR YEARS!  The FTC is a JOKE and will not do anything about this problem, so it is up to us to find a resolve!  Sorry for the long post, but I know people are sick and tired of all the marketing bs and I have found at least one good way to stop a lot of it, especially regarding robo-calls.  Hope this helps!

Scam phone call telling me I can save money on credit card interest payments.  Too bad I don't carry a balance on any credit card.  On the plus side, it was a real, live human (or a scary good robot), and was actually not a total [***] to me when I pointed out that we're wasting each other's time with these calls.  Still annoying, but minor improvement?
