1st time they called. Didn't leave a message. Someone on another site says they call several times a day.

guy said they were involed with police officers who died in the line of duty. I told him it was not my house and he told me he would call back later. kinda weird since he called at 9 o'clock at night. when I said that he hung up

I only get these calls after I call the police and report some criminal activity like a prostitute or drug dealer selling their wares on the corner. Guess I'll have to start doing this from a pay-phone before I get to work or home.

I was getting inundated with calls from 5 different telephone numbers, all listed on this site, and blocked them all  this just yesterday.  Now they are using this number... They identify as "LERS", Florida Call, and "Out of Area." There has never been a message left.  But they call to the blocked numbers several times over, then move on to another blocked number.  Very, very annoying. There well may be a connection to dialing the local PD -- correlation is not always causation, but I will admit I just happen to get the "one call" Friday night from the County Jail....and the calls started bright and early Saturday morning.  I have had no less than 20 attempts, and they started again this morning (4 already.)
