TWO things here.
1) They called in the middle of the night at 3:24AM!!! They let it ring for only about 6 rings and then they hung up. It was just enough time to wake me and get me out of bed, but not enough for me to actually make it to the phone which is 15 feet from my bed.

2) 7 hours later I called the number back. I used Per-Call-Blocking (*67) when doing so. Their recording is a bald-faced lie...it says that the number is not in service, BUT there was no tri-tone alert before the recording. The tri-tone alert is standard procedure for ALL phone providers but most people don't know that so they'd be fooled into thinking that the number is truly out of service.

When the phone rang at 3:24am, I honestly thought someone had died. I am beyond angry with this company, whoever they are. The internet chats have lead me to believe that this company is the same survey-slash-discount-cruiseline scammers that have called me many times before!

They called me at 3:45am.  Hung up after 3 rings.  How can they be stopped?

Received a call at 2:45AM.  Recorded message with a supposed offer from Disney.

Apparently the number belongs to Smart City Telcom in Orlando Fl.
You can also complain to them directly at (407) 827-2000.

Got a call from these clown's at 2:26 AM.  From Orlando, FL.  Line was dead when we answered it.  Like a lot of we have family in Florida and were anxious about the call. This is a pretty sick person who would do something like this.   I did not call back after checking here.

Phone rang at 2:35 A,M. Answered and heard the words Disney World Cruise before I hung up, Tried to recall the number and it says it's not in service.

Smart City says this is a spoofing call by somebody who hijacked this inactive number. They say their security is looking into it and are asking people to call 888-Call Fcc to register complaint. But since it is not known who is making the calls that seems not likely to help since the complaint is basically about someone not honoring the do not call list. The calls though have all the earmarks of a scam.

Yes, it's not Smart City.  They are a phone company.  I have had the same Disney vacation selling robot call me 3 different times.  Two phoney phone numbers:  904-934-6827 (at 5am!) on 4/5 & 407-954-2568 on 3/20 twice--same annoying robot spiel.

We got a call at 3:35am this morning and I tried calling the number back as well. Hmpf!

Called at 4:42 AM.  I heard the phone ring and panicked that something was wrong with someone in my family.  Can't something be done?

Called at 6:24 am telling me I had "won" a Disney cruise.

Reporting these illegal calls to FCC, be prepared!

Call at 1AM, then called during day following, looking to collect a debt from someone with my name not me I think they are called portfolliorecovery
