This number has been numerouse calling my cell phone and I have had it.  I reported it to my phone carrier and had it blocked.  I hope who ever is making these nuisance calls is STOPPED!!!

I answered my phone last week and was asked when I would like to claim my free vacation. When I responded that I was soory I would not be interested the called got very rude and persistant. Going so far as to start using abusive language when I kept refusing what she had to offer. I asked "how did you get this number" and was told it was non of my D*** business. I asked them to not call again and that if she or her company continued to call my cell that I file harrassment charges against them. Now I get the calls twice a day Mon-Fri like clock work! I have started saving them on my phone and am trying to find out how to get these people to stop. I am sure I could have it blocked by my phone company but they would just keep harrassing others. I want them stopped permanently and am willing to spend the time need to do this!

I have gotten 6 calls from this number with in the past 2 days.  I answer and there is dead silence.

i just recieved a call from this number on my cell. left no message and when i put it in my seach engine a result from intelius.com gave me a listing:

I just got yet another phone call from this number and I was actually able to talk to someone this time.  Andrae was the associates name and he said he was a manager of something.  He told me that he works for Summer Bay Resort and he wanted to give be a totally free vacation worth $1100 to stay at their resort for a week.  They advertise this way because they don't want to use tv or radio ads, they use word of mouth.  Thus giving people like me who apparently filled out a survey online, a free vacation.  When I told him I wanted nothing to do with his company and to remove me from his call list he argued with me for 10 minutes saying that I was incompetent that I did not understand that he was giving me a free vacation and why would I pass that up?  I got very frustrated with him and hung up.  I am going to proceed with calling my cell phone carrier and blocking his number.  He also said that there are other companies in Orlando that use this "universal" number.  The reason you hear them hanging up on you is that there is a 4 second delay on the call and if I don't say hello and wait 5 seconds that is why I think they hung up.  THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP!  It is not a free vacation.  They will allow you to stay at their resort "free of charge" but you pay for everything else and you have to sit through seminars about time shares and other crap during your vacation.  So your vacation turns out to not be a vacation.  Don't fall for their scheme!!!

calls w/o message or hangs up

407-982-1106 HAS CALLED ME NIGHT AND DAY FOR 3 WEEKS AND I AM SICK OF ANSWERING THE PHONE AND THEM HANGING UP.  SPINNAKER RESORTS IN KISSIMMEE, FL SAID IT IS NOT THEM?  IT IS! WHAT PHONE COMPANY WOULD ISSUE THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER TO TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE? WITH TODAY'S ELECTRONIC CAPABILITIES NOBODY CAN MAKE ME BELIEVE THEY CAN'T BE TRACED.  I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO EVERYBODY I CAN THINK OF AND THEY ARE STILL CALLING?  THIS THING HAS GOTTEN PERSONAL WITH ME NOW!  I DON'T LIKE THEIR STALKING AND BY LAW THIS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED STALKING.

I reversed searched the 407-982-1106 and it is owned by a Robert Allen in Orlando Fl. I too have gotten relentless calls, and I am registered on the DO NOT CALL registry. So..... Whatever this is, it isn't cool. I would suggest if anyone does talk to the person on the other line....don't give them any info about yourself!

This number 497-982-1106 calls our home daily, several times. Caller ID SummerBayResort which is a Orlando Fl. area code. Once out of several times a young female voice asked for our grandchild by name (a minor) and in our custody. How scarey can this get? I have called this # back, and all we get is a busy signal.

We will continue our investigation and report any information we find to the authorities. Date's and tmes call's come in.

This person keeps calling 4-8 times a day, very annoying, I found on the Internet where this number is harassing hundreds of people, after doing several searches we have found out that number belongs to a Robert Allen in Orlando FL. They did not even care whether your on the no call registry or not. Please help, it is not even my house there calling, it is my moms but somehow, for some reason they are asking for me and when she tells them to stop calling that I do not live there they hang up. This caller 407-982-1106 has called me usally 2 -3 times a day to my cell phone. I am getting very tired of it. when I answer and get a person on the other end they are rude and tell me they will keep calling. I just hang up.

I keep getting calls from this number too. They said they are calling from Orlando, FL and that I signed up for a Florida vacation on line which I did not. They knew my name. They call me on my cell phone. I'm going to find  out from AT&T if they are giving out my information. I don't understand how else they would have it unless they hacked into some of my emails???

same thing with me . they kept saying i sound like someone who needs a vacation i told them not interested and to take me off the mailing list but they have not so far

They need to stop calling my cell phone - it's pissing me off.  If I want to go somewhere, I'll make my own arrangements.

I had been getting calls from the number 407-982-1106, sometimes several times a day.  If I answer nobody says anything or theres nobody there.  Usually I dont answer.  Today I answered because I didnt look at the caller id first and there was actually someone there.  They claimed to be Summer Bay Resort and they wanted to offer me a promo vacation for 8 days and 7 nights in Orlando Fl.  I listened to the lady talk for almost 20 minutes about what the offer included, all she needed was for me to pay $298 for a rental car or tickets to an amusement park.  When I asked her if I could call her back, because I didnt ask for this call and I didnt want to give out my card numbers for a service I didnt ask for, she gave me this number to call back.  888-782-9847  If I called them back then the offer she was making me would be totally void and I would have to pay full price for the same vaction she was offering for free.  She also told me that since I didnt want to take this deal she would remove me from the system and no more calls would be made to me.  I guess I'll see if I get any more calls.
Also when I asked for an explination for why I got so many calls from this number, I was told that they use a "dialer" and that many places call from the same number.  I guess she meant that all the other calls from 1106 were scams, but not hers.  hmmmm
I looked up the number she gave me to call back and it appears to really be Summer Bay Resort.  
I just want them to stop calling me!!!

I actually just called 888-782-9847, which was given to me as a call back number by someone at 1106 and it really is Summer Bay Resort.  The lady that I talked to on the phone says that they do give out free vacation packages but they are for a resort in Gatlinburg, not Orlando.  She also told me that the person who called me has been calling several people and that the real Summer Bay knows about this and they are trying to get a stop to the bogus calls because they fear a bad reputaion being formed about their very legit company.

I'm bout to slap a hoe...quit blowin up my cell...

No answer.  Two calls already on a brand new phone with a brand new number.  WHO IS THIS?
