Idiot named Frank Cole, said he was working for R&L Builders in San Jose.  Claimed they could do any type of building and were looking for work.  I asked him if he had ever heard of the "Do Not Call List".  He said he had heard something about it and if I didn't want them to call why didn't I just tell him and be taken off their list?  Because it's your job to remove my number from your list before making calls, not mine.
