I just got two calls from 408-214-9026  to Campbell Ca, caller ID says San Martin Ca
I suspect this is a solar salesman making illegal cold calls from burner cell phones.
Im in the process of saying yes to anything they are selling in order to obtain their true name and business licensee.
Please do the same and include the day and time of the called to start legal action.
Yesterday they were calling from 408-214-9019

Ditto - got multiple calls. I answered but no one spoke. I'm so frustrated with robo-calls ad telemarketers who ignore the DNC registry. Might as well cancel the program and save taxpayer money to fix our roads.

Called 4/10, 5:30 pm on my cell.  No message

Quit calling my number

I have been getting calls from this number also.  Been going on for the last two weeks.

For about two weeks, they keep calling my residence on a daily basis. My caller ID shows 408-214-9026, and it does not answer when I called back. It drives me mad! Are they trying to harass people?  How can we block it?

I have got multiple calls from this number as well, they shamelessly claim this is not solicitation, but only notification.

They called my home phone twice.  The first time, after the guy got halfway through his spiel, I hung up.  The second time they called, after he said "Hello, ma'am," I said I already rec'd a call from his company and he hung up on me.

This call is from either A1 Solar Power, a solar company based in Van Nuys, California (with six branches throughout the state: San Diego, Costa Mesa, Carpenteria, Petaluma, Concord, and San Jose) or one of its telemarketing fronts.

The following four entities appear to be associated with each other:

NOTE: The offices of A1 Solar Power and Top Design are located just 2.6 miles away from each other in Van Nuys, California.

A call from this number.  No one there when I answer!  Frustrating.  We're on the DNC list too.

I was in class last night, tried to call back this person and phone number does not take incoming calls.

So solicit this!

Ditto on the same sentiment regarding the DNC. It's a waste of tax payer money. Has not been at all effective, nor will it ever be. Use the money to fund more sensible projects.

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities and companies with preexisting business relationships, but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list  is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
Its purpose is to stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.
