    Computer recording said it was calling with the second and final warning - something about taxes and threatening to go before a magistrate

    Got the same robo call yesterday at 2:16 PM and reported it to the FCC as an unwanted call and a fraud about the IRS payment. IRS does not work that way and everyone should file a complaint about this number or anyone with the same message.
