Called me twice at 11:52 am. Have no idea who it is and didn't leave me any message. Probably another scam company or telemarketer.

2 calls from 408.651.8119 included long silent voice messages.

I called back from block number got recording to press 1
to be put on do not call list

National "Do Not Call list" updated first quarter of 2009.

Called my cell with a pre-recorded message about debt consolidation

This number called, did not leave message.
I never answer a call from a number I do not recognize.

I'm curious about people like you, who seem almost afraid to answer an annonymous call or a number you don't know. What are you scared of? What are you running from exactly??

It's not about running... more like not wasting time politely listening to unwanted conversations... if truly legitimate and important a caller will leave a message.

Received two calls from this number within half an hour that I did not pick up.  Long silent voice message received on the second call.

Didn't get to answer phone...

If it is truly legit, then why not leave messages OR a valid and truthful caller ID

yeah just got a call from the same number 408-651-8119 at 11:40 am on 7/6/2009.  no message. weird .....prolly a scam or something..

got a call last night.  I didn't answer.  How do you get your number off these things?

Received a call from this number while at work.  Can't answer phone at work so I hit ignore.  About 30 seconds later, they called back.  This time hit silent so it rang a few more times (and they didn't know I hit ignore I guess.)  They didn't call back again until later tonight.  These calls really piss me off.

BTW, when I call this number back, all I get is a fast busy signal.

I got two calls from this number in a 30min period. I dont answer annonymous calls..

Received 11 calls within a 2 hour period today (7-11-09). One silent message was left and all the rest were no message. If theyre trying to fill their quota, it's a tad bit obnoxious.

Received call today ... was recording about debt consolidation ... but there is a long pause before the recording starts

Has called my home no less than 6 times in a 24 hour time frame.  Listed as consumer seek on my caller id.

Same thing happened to me.  I got a call from 408-651-8119 twice and they never left a message.  Scam!

Got a call from this number, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I called back and it said if I wanted to be put on the National Do Not Call list then press #1, so I did.  We'll see if those [***] call back..

Just got a call from this number 7/16/09 @ 2:15pm. Let it go to voicemail (no message left). Called back and got a recording saying to press "1" to be placed on their do not call list (my cell phone is ALREADY on the national list). We'll see if they honor my request.
