Received a call, answering machine was left empty.

Called my Cell phone. No one on the line.

called my cellphone, left a voicemail, checked it and was blank for 2 seconds and that was it

They say that they are a credit card solution.  When I try and call them back, to get them to stop calling me, they ask if I would like my debts removed, if you say no they just hang up.  If you say yes and wait to talk to someone the moment that you say anything other than yes about getting a debt removed they hang up.

credit card solution, usually an indian, hang up whenever you ask them to remove you or to speak to a supervisor, call at least once a week, leave messages.
