My number is a place of business, this number shows on called ID ASOC, the message says something about car warrenty.  I stayed on the line, and spoke with the human that answered asked them to take me off the calling list, she said "go to hell" and hung up.  I called the number back later in the day and once again the auto voice told me I was off the calling list.

My caller ID identified them as "ASOC"...I've also been getting calls for days from other numbers that only ID themselves as ASSOC, which is a marketing firm.

Constantly calling to extend my vehicle warranty. Calling every day at least once. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling. They usually hang up in the middle of my request and then continue to call.

I think this number may be a telephone chat line. What do you think?

Idiots trying to extend my auto warranty and when I asked them for there company name they hung up on me!

They have been calling continuously, this time I took the call...they said their company was "Chevy"....I said, "Really, if you were from Chevy, you would say Chevrolet", he then called me a "smart ass" and hung up.  Where can we find this warranty broker and file harrassment charges...please post this info if you know.  Thanks.

I received an automated call from 408-651-8169 regarding a 3-year extended warranty.  

The automated call said to press "1" for representative, so I pressed "1".   As soon as I started to ask to be removed from their calling list, the representative hung up on me!

With so much negative feedback, I became curious about the company, so I eventually called back, listened to the sales pitch, then politely said, please give me your web address to get more information.  The rep. gave me the website and said I would be flagged as "not interested" and would not receive any more calls.  

Interestingly 408-651-8169 came up as a phone call from Salinas CA -(????) seams unusual to me.

I choose not to do business with this kind of company

Caller left a message on my answering machine regarding extended warranty on automobile.  When I picked up and pressed '1' to get a representative and asked to be removed, the person who answered hung up on me.  I am getting these calls at least 3 times a week about auto warranty extension.  I have requested several times to be removed.  Each time it's from a different number.

i tried the 1-800-922-3072 # and got through to yet another person and told them to have my number removed. So hopefully this works!

Telemarketing firm contracted with several different companies ranging from Credit cards, to Vehicle Warranty. The latter has reported that they will be canceling their contract with "assoc" because of an extremely large number of complaints. Vehicle Warranty Options Can be reached at 800-922-3072.
"Asoc" calls from this number are automated, and in breach (in my case) of the NationalDoNotCall list. "Pressing 1" will SOMETIMES get you connected with an agent of this company, however it is useless (for me) on multiple attempts to reslolve the call issue ( I do not wish to receive them). Refusal (hang up) to remove the number, or discuss any information about themselves (disclosure). Continued calls result in SAME response, seem to be trained well in avoidance, however do not seem to be trained on FCC regulations at all (or even care). CALL THE CONTRACTING COMPANY Vehicle Warranty Options, national office: 800-922-3072 to report calls and they will ensure you are removed from "asoc" call list until contract is completed with them. report NationalDoNotCall list to report abuse if you are listed.

No message, just a hang-up call.  They have called more than once a day for the past week.

Recording call stated up to $400,000.00 would be wired to my account upon approval, but never mentioned company name.  Said to press 1 to accept offer or press 2 to decline offer and be taken off call list.  Knowing there are lots of scams, I hung up, not pressing any number.  Reporting to https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx!

Thank you SO much for listing that number. This place is calling me in excess of 13 times a day and the opt out doesn't work for me either. I don't even own my car, it's a lease and so I have no need for a warranty. SO annoying!!!!!!!!!
