Received a call from this number, but they hung up. When I called back, I received a message that said "Thnk you for calling Integral Choice, a Verizon partnership."

Yep, I've been getting calls for a few days where I've picked up and they've just hung up.  Today I figured I'd "splurge" on the *69, and found the number.  After googling it, you got verizon, I saw elsewhere it was listed as "asset care".  408 is in California.

I called this # back, pressed 1 for sales, and asked them to remove me from their canvassing calls.  They said yes and asked what numbers (notice plural) they were calling me on.  My request taken by "Thomas".
Had several calls - never left message.  Company is Integral Choice.

I also got this one on hangup to voice mail. Caller id confirms name and #.

Have received phone calls from these people 4 times in the last 4 days, all early afternoon. 3 were nothing, no recording, no person.  Called their number and found the Verizon people. We went through the menu to be taken off their list but once we got to "talk to an agent" or "remove from list" options, the call would hang up on me.  Today got the call from same number but it is "David from Qwest" (local company) wanting to know why they lost our business some years ago. The Qwest part puzzling since it is supposed to be a Verizon company calling. Irritating.

Got a call from a woman asking for the owner of the business or the office manager.  When I told her I was the office manager, she said she wanted to talk to me about our verizon account.  She said prices were going up. I told her politely that I was not interested and hung up the phone.  She immediately called back and asked for the owner.  She called later that day and already once this morning.  VERY frustrating!!!

got calls saying there from verizon and our verizon plan was ready to expire. i just recently joined verizon and as far as i know my plan dont expire. these people from ici are trying to rip people off.

This call came through on the I.D. as 408-651-8171 - California.  When answered, the caller claimed to represent Embarq and offered to put all our phone bills on one invoice. I told him all our phone bills were already on 1 invoice and he hung up.

I called and couldn't get anyone by pressing 1 so I chose the billing option which is 2.  I talked to a guy who took my number off the list.  He said that he didn't understand why I was getting calls at my home because they are only supposed to call businesses.  He was very polite, apologized and took my number to remove it because he said I should never have been getting calls.

We had calls from this number for about 4 weeks.  We never talked to them  because we could tell it was from a phone bank.  I finally did talk to the person on the other end and he said he was representing Embarq.  After a few questions he told me he could save me $80 per month off my busines phone.  He wanted me to immediately sign up for his service.  I told him to send me a fax of his proposal and he said he would.  That was over two weeks ago and I never got a proposal.

I received two calls from this number last night. One at 12:30am and the next at 4:20am. Not too happy about that and if I am not wrong that violates the law. No sales calls are allowed after nine pm.

This number 408-651-8171 called me 3 times last night.  Once at 9:30pm, then at 12:48AM (woke me up) and then again at 4:45AM (Woke me up again).  This is very annoying...is there anything that can be done?  On my caller ID it shows up as "I Want My" no sure what that means.  They don't leave a message and I have not bothered to call them back.  I just want the calls to stop.

Got 4 calls from this number at 12:12AM, 2:43AM, 4:45AM, and 11:54AM. When I picked up they just hung up. I called the number back and I got a message saying that they were from financial freedom of America and would like to speak with me. Not Sure what it is but very annoying.

I also recieved a call from that number at 1:40am, on 11/05/08. When I called back, it was the end of a recording saying "the office hours are closed, please try your call later."

Get calls everyday from this number  1-408-651-8171, it shows up as  ICI.

Assorted flakes have called me from this number several times (perhaps dozens of times over the last several months).  My refusal to jump through the hoops he was providing must have made the guy unhappy, I guess, 'cause he hung up on me (oh fudge).  Calling back gave me only a partial recorded message without identification of any kind, but wanted me to leave my name & number [fat chance].

for the third time today. After I called back because when I answered the there was nobody there and told them to stop calling I recieved another call! He asked for my husband and I told him to stop calling and he started getting rude and said he was calling for my husband and would continue calling so I went and found my husband and he told him not to call and he says " Your just mad because of your wife I'll call you tomorrow"  It is a company to do something with your credit card balances but we don't have any credit cards!!
