Left a voicemail message this evening.

So what did they say on the voicemail message?  I got a call from this number too, but no message was left.

Watch out for Debt Relief Scams - as the economy worsens the CROOKS  are there in droves and their intention is NOT TO HELP - but to RIP YOU OFF.

They also make false claims to sound like they program is backed by the Government,  by using Obama, Stimilus etc..

They hung up when I answered! It's a CA area code, what do they want?

I've gotten two calls this morning already. The first left a voicemail but didn't say anything.  There was just noise in the background. The second call was thirty minutes later, no message.

they called twice, about 1/2 hour apart, but didn't leave a message and i didn't answer

Northside Services in San Jose/Salinas, CA.  Mostly, the peddle "debt relief", for a fee.  They appear to totally ignore the do not call list and seem to hang up on anyone who brings the subject up.  Often, they identify themselves as "Consumer Services" before they begin their pitch.

Called my cell phone minutes ago; didn't recognize number (408-651-8189).
No msg. left...am simply annoyed.

I just got a call a few minutes ago as well. Had a voicemail that said nothing.

Received a call from this number twice this morning. First left a voicemail with no message, second one (31 minutes apart) simply called and left nothing.

Definitely a debt relief peddler.
Called once, answered, but there was just silence.
Called a few minutes later, left a voicemail about credit card Debt.

multiple calls, no message to my cell (which unfortunately I cannot block)

Same here. I have received a couple of calls today. No message left just noise.

My cell is supposed to be on the Do Not Call registry, so I have no idea why this number is calling my cell phone, but they have called three times today.  The first time, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  The next two times, I did answer, but nobody was there.  VERY annoying.  Just glad it's a Sunday so they're not costing me minutes!  I think I'll go see if I can report them on the DNC site.

Hey everyone try this...it works. When I get a call from 'out of state" or a number I don't recognize I answer...Dallas Police Dept. Sgt. Anderson can I help you...if they ask for "YOU" answer...is he a prisoner? They then hang up. I heard one caller yell...He gave us a wrong number. IT REALLY WORKS

I then file a complaint at the DO NOT CALL WEB SITE.
