    They called twice and didn't leave message at each call. Their caller ID was "State of CA". I searched the phone # online and it led me here. When I've gotten calls from a state, county, or local office (legitimate offices), they leave a message. This time nothing; therefore, it's a bogus caller.

    Received a couple missed calls from this number on different days. No message left. Will block this number.

    They never called directly. instead the text me claiming to be a sweep stakes through Face Book.And said I had won a large amount of money. said they were going to send me a visa card but wanted a activation fee of $50.00. told them to take the fee out of my winnings. they wouldn't do it. lol!  It's a big scam! So watch out.
