They use another 408 number too. Same weird short VM. Blocked.

It is a local umber here. Picked it up, Heard nothing, said hello, more silence then recording said We apologize that we cannot talk to you now. Obviously either telemarketing or scammer.

Got another missed call from this number. Will put on reject call list...

Calling me again and again, finally someone spoke on the phone and when I said hi, he hung up.  So annoying ..................

Idiots just tried calling now -- digging the local 408 area code for a spam call fellas... Welcome to call blocking...

Keep getting a call from this number.  I don't answer, and they leave no message.

CALLED AND HANGED UP AFTER TWO RINGS

Every day for the past 2 weeks this number called and a recorded message apologizes for "not being able to talk to you at the monent" then hangs up.  Some sort of scam or phone-jack???

I don't know what scam this is.  I have received numerous phone calls from this number.  I answered tonight and got the "due to technical difficulties we cannot speak with you now" recording.

May just be checking if your number is in service. No kind of answer means nothing for the caller but frustration.
