Recv'd a called today, missed his name & co he's calling from. When I asked for his name he wouldn't give it to me. He asked me why do I need his name. He then became out right RUDE and starting screaming & told me its people "like me" that has th economy turned upside down. He became upset when I told him I would be contacting the original company directly to make my payment to them.And I hung up...I called right back & this time some man answered the phone "Mr Ryan", which I know it was the same man same voice, I immediately asked for a manager. I gave him my name & he proceeded to play dumb like he didn't just speak w/me & he told me he couldn't xfer me to a manager w/out knowing the problem. I told him "you know the problem, you just go off the phone w/me". He laughed a lil & I said I didn't speak w/you. I asked for a manager again & he put me on hold & that was just it on "HOLD"
