I got the same EXACT text, 'cept mine was from 4029397707

But mine came from number 785-403-7193

Same thing - personalized message including my name with their supposed Skype ID. The number was from 479-802-0707. I don't want to find out what happens if you message them on Skype - perhaps you'll get spam there too. It probably grabbed your name and number from online social profiles.
