They called, left no message

They called with a home improvement scam.

This was a targeted call - he already had my name and address. Caller ID did not have a company name, only the town name Glen Burnie, MD. He said they were doing work in my neighborhood and wanted to give me a free estimate. I looked up both company names he gave me and can't find any by that name anywhere in the region. I warned him he was breaking federal law by making cold calls without using the do not call list (which I am on). He apologized and said he would put me on their own do not call list.

Because he remained polite and courteous I thought it was an actual company (I live in the same region of the state),  but since I can't find them online, I'm skeptical.

A woman was asked for my son in reference to home improvements.  I told her that he didn’t live here and he didn’t own a home anywhere.  She said that she would take him off of their calling list.
Aspen Home Improvements works in Lancaster, Pa.

They called here this afternoon; I didn't answer and they didn't leave message.  I am on the DoNotCall list, so if they're a business as appears from earlier postings, they are clearing violating the DoNotCall laws.

Calls everyday, never leave a message

I found this company Aspen home improvements located in Lancaster PA.  I looked up their reviews. All shady tactics from customers. Deals only for that day. Not honoring warranty. Just google aspen home improvements customer reviews. If this is that company then way are they hiding there caller id. If they are a business then they are breaking the do not call list if you are on it. That would be one strike against them for me. They don't follow the law.

AMG, an admitted telemarketer in Lancaster, PA. They are calling on behalf of a home improvement company. They will not disclose just who their "client" is (assuming there is only one). They fully admit this, also.

They admit to being: AMG Marketing Group, 313 West Liberty St., Lancaster PA, Toll Free (877) 600-9840 & Local (717) 378-4470 (Note: 410-497-3209 & 410-457-6023 also go back to them).

Per their website, "...highly skilled, salaried sales telemarketing experts...", therefore they are violating the TCPA on several levels.

Complaints to both the FCC and the FTC have brought no action even though the above admissions, and those from "Nottingham MD / 410-497-3209" should be enough for either to take immediate and direct action for not using the Federal DNC list.

Some one at this number calls daily, different hours.   I am fed up!   I answered once in haste and realized that it was
a telemarketert call and hung up.
i am on the do-not-call list, yet they continues to call.

It is robo calling in Spanish with background music. I don't understand what it says and it calls me often.
