scam, saying they are mandatory arbitration and that i owe a payday loan and they are issuing warrants going to take payment by force through my pay check and they have alot of my information they got over the net i reported them to my city police. I have never taken out a payday loan and they refused to listen and kept threatening and wanted payment over the phone whaT A JOKE.

Did they stop calling? Because they called one of my former places of employments asking for me. Saying they are from the processing verification department of mandatory abitration. Should I be worried or is this a scam?

These people are scammers

Received calls not only on my personal phone but also on my job, state that they are contacting my local law enforcement and having me tracked down for fraud for a payday loan

My mother and I both received a call about 5 minutes apart. This lady claimed she was looking for my ex father in law. When I informed her he had passed away over a year ago, she told me no he didn't and basically told me I was a liar. I informed her not only had he passed away but I divorced his son about 10 years ago so I had no other info on that family. She was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she hung up.
