Just got a call from this number. I did not answer. Came in on my cell. I do not have physicians at the Allegheny Health System and family that does generally will generally use their cell phones.

I got a call from this number and I live in [***] Canada. wat.

Phone number is for West Penn hospital.  It is their out going number for doctors, patients, billing, etc.

This number is associated with Allegheny Health Network - Allegheny General Hospital.  This is a generic caller ID number that will appear no matter what department calls you.  My caller left a voicemail and the correct extension I could reach her at.

This is Allegheny Health Network calling to remind you of your appointment. I did not answer so the computer left a message with my name the date of apt time and place.

Generic number for Allegheny Health System (Jefferson Hospital)

I have received 4 calls from this number within a half hour.  When answered it is only a beep like a fax machine.  These people need told to find the right number for whom they are faxing.  I am really disgusted with this.  This is not the fist time this year.  It is very annoying....

This number is making a reappearance on this board. Called my landline yesterday. As it is a local hospital, I picked up, got no response other than a "click" sound after about ten seconds. Either a misdial or fax machine calling; for now I'll assume it isn't a number being spoofed.

Allegheny Health System with appointment reminder.  Did not recognize number on my cell, so let it go to VM as standard precaution.  Appreciated the reminder.  The theory in this household is "IF IT'S IMPORTANT, THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE" and it holds true.

I'm confused. People come here to look up numbers they don't know but you clearly know this one. So why are you here?

Received a call from this number at the end of the dinner hour.  Caller ID listed "WPAHS."  This is the Allegheny Health Network.  A computer generated voice left a message for us regarding an upcoming doctor's appointment.  This was a valid call.

Then why did you look the number up? They left you a message so you know who called. Logically you would have no reason to look up the number.

Clearly that person did know who called them and clearly you do as well.

Was only half of a message about confirming or canceling a doctor's appointment. Was strange how it cut off and didn't identify what doctor's office they were calling from.
