HAS ANYONE GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 412-360-8434 AND THEY
SAY THEIR IS CARLOS MARTIN

i didtoday and he said that he was from the restitution dept and if i did not  call back he was going to have me arrested from my job he also said even god cannot help me

I just got a call from some Chinese guy using the #412-360-8434. He said that I was about to be charged with 3 crimes including bank fraud, etc. After talking for a few minutes he said that I seemed to be a pretty good guy and that he could probably have the "charges dropped." I then said "you want money, don't you." He said yes, of course and I told him to go F**k himself and hung up. Prioe to this call which I answered he did leave a somewhat threatening message.

some guy by the name of william black has called my job wanting to talk to me about a legal issue.But didnt recognize the num. so i researched and I ended up in this page.I hope someone can catch up to this individual.
