this number keeps contacting us and hanging up. Number when called back says its been disconnected.

The same things has been happening to us for a week!

called twice now in two days.  left no message

Same thing happening to me.  I went on web and found Verizon provides the number, so I called Verizon to see if they could stop the calls, but they can't do anything.
They believe it is a telemarketer.  For a $4.95 fee I could block them--but why should we pay to block someone who should not be allowed to call me since I am on the Do Not Call List.  

Feels like the ball has been dropped somewhere...

calls every few hours, no message. "Disconnected" tone when call is returned

the same thing. the phone rings every single days at around 8:30am-9:00am. and hangs up. going to block the number as it way to annoying!
