calls 3-4 times a day and hangs up.

somebody from India trying to update a "free" yellowbook business online listing. when you say free? they say yes, but then want to record your confirmation with your name and date of birth. probably going to be charged for something. I hung up! they keep calling even though I've asked to be taken off their calling list. how do you get these people to stop calling?

DITTO.....exact same experience as stated by lp above. I received a letter from More Yellow Pages, INC. out of Sunrise, Florida and the monthly fee is $ 39.95......NOT FREE as stated on multiple phone calls.We gave NO authorization for this service and I cannot call them back as the line automatically disconnects. Quite irritated here. Check your next phone bill because the letter states this fee will show up there.DO NOT let these people get any money from you. UUUGGHHHHH!!!!

Same thing shows Pennsylvania and number.  Call back the number and get a message that the number is disconnected. You know this is some sort of scam

Called back a few minutes ago. I asked the Harijan on the other end, if he would mind me recording the conversation. He hung up

Called my cell.  No message.  I hate it when they leave a message.

They are running a scam.  They claim you have an account with them and they want you to update your current information.  The phone call is rigged to get you to answer "yes" to multiple questions and then confirm your identity and position in your company.  The scammers then manipulate the recording to make it sound like you ordered a product.  Bills will start arriving at your business and then collections phone calls.  Their hope is that there is a weak link in your organization that will make payments on the bills.  They will milk this source until it is discovered.

Yeah I gotten these too.This one calls around 9:00 AM EST .Waking me up (I work nights).This is like the second of these scam-type calls I've gotten(first was from Maryland) I wish I knew what triggers these calls they are really annoying.

Received call on 12/28/09.  Told them not to call me back.
Received call on 12/29/09.  The foreign speaking girl said her name was Stella Jones, and she was from "More Yellow Pages".  A company in Florida.
She would not give me her phone number, or let me talk to her manager.  She hung up on me after I asked.
