I suspect these are the same shady characters who have  called me from other numbers in the past, all of them appearing as local Milwaukee numbers, but I doubt they are actually local. It's a male or occasionally a woman, both with southern (U.S.) accents asking for my elderly father by name. I tell them he is not available and ask if I can I take a message. They always decline and say they will call back later. I asked them not to bother calling back if they won't tell me who they are, then they hang up. They call again in about a week. Creepy and weird.
