Just got a call from this same number. After Mr. Mike said his thing, I explained to him that the call was being recorded (required by Wisc. Law) and he was speaking to Special Agent ** ** of the FBI in S.E. Wisc. I asked what it was he wanted, and he hung up pretty quick.
The delay is so the computers can switch the call to an available telemarketer (if you can call them that) in India most likely.

Got a call from this number, only heard heavy breathing. Was really creeped out.

This character called asking for a donation for the VietNam Veterans...I said I already give to three vet orgs and please don't call me anymore (I recognized his voice from other calls), he said wait a minute and I listened to what he said, he got irate and berated me for not giving to Vietnam vets and I asked him to please remove my number from the call list, he then got very upset and loud, I got mad and he said "how dare you talk to me like that, I am a VietNam Vet."  I told him I have 25 vets in my family and I do understand, I do give and I am angry because I asked you to please remove my number and don't call me again...then I hung up while he was still raving.  I have had 3 calls supposedly from the VietNam vets and I am sure it is the same voice...always rude, then nasty

This is scam fund raising out for ficticious charities!  Do not reply to them.  We need to put a stop to them!!  Take a minute or two to file a complaint with the FCC.

These idiots are ruining donation drives for legitimate charities.

The caller told me he represented "The Professional Firefighter Association of Wisconsin."  He asked me for a minimum contribution of $20.  I repeatedly told him I don't pledge money over the phone.  He kept telling me he'd send material.  I asked what portion his organization kept.  he told me 100% goes to the Professional Firefighter Association of Wisconsin.  Go ahead and google that.  There are no results returned.  Hence, this is a total and complete scam and the "local" fire department gets none of your hard earned money.

I also attempted to call this number back and got the recording that said that [***] circuits are busy

Received a call from this number - picked up because my spouse is in Milwaukee, WI where the call said it was coming from.  I said "Hello" and some guy just sort of grunted and then the call disconnected, which makes me think they're using a computer dialer and this guy wasn't ready for the call.  A lot of telemarketers use a computer dialing system it's a definite tip off.  Very sad these are coming through since we have all our numbers a listed on the "no call" lists.  Glad to have a site like this that we can list issues and help each other out.

Guy was crazy - he asked my name aggressively immediately "is this "so and so" very creepy....

I told the caller that we could not donate at this time. And, When he thought I was off the line he called me a fuc...r and hung up. Local Firefighters really get a bad name with calls like this.

Have received 3 calls this month.  Tonight the guy just yelled my wife's name into our answering machine, like he was irritated we were not answering.   but when I picked up the call was gone.  
Also when I called them back I got the same "all circuits are busy" message.  
I know these guys are fundraisers.  But they do sound like old retired guys.  Probably think this makes them sound like you might actually be talking to retired firefighters.

They have called me 8 times since June 16, 2011. I am on the no call list and I have them on my caller ID. They just don't get the hit

These clowns called me about 9 times.I report them.

Got 2 calls from this number, first one was a message on our voicemail with alot if grunting and heavy breathing. VERY strange. The other one I answered and a guy asked for my husband, I told he wasn't home. The guy made a strange noise and hung up. I'll make sure not to answer the next time I see the number come up on caller ID. Of course I'm not sure I want to listen to some slob grunting and breathing heavy again.

Yeah, these AH's don't give up and are getting bolder by asking for family member names etc. They must hacking the info or phishing if someone picks up  Pick up, put on hold or just lay it down and walk away for awhile. When your phone beeps hang up.  Have a good day and enjoy their hang time.

DO NOT DONATE!  Have gotten calls from this sham organization "WI professional firefighters" in the past.  I told them that we donate to our local fire dept and our chief has told me that they do NOT benefit from this group.  He was very rude and challenged me, " What fire Department is THAT?"  He hung up on me as I was answering his question.  
Never donate over the phone.  If they never get anyone to donate, they won't make any money and won't waste their time (and our time!) by calling.

A woman has  called 3 times just today, asking for my husband (I know, sounds less than a "boiler room", but she sounds really dumb).  When I say that he's not home & can I take a message, she says "oh, ok, I'll just call later"..... and she does!  The last time, when I asked what this was about, she hung up on me.  VERY professional.  I also tried calling back, but got a canned message saying that "all circuits are busy".

I just got a call from this number and he asked for me to donate $50. I told him I am unemployed, living with a family member, and I have no money. I literally have 3 cents in my account... "I understand what you just said, but can i interest you into donating a one time amount of $20."

I HAVE NO MONEY. WHY WOULD YOU KEEP ASKING!

Oh and he didn't even ask my name and just kept calling me Ms. Smith. He was very assertive...
