I had someone who speaks Mandarin listen to it, and the message supposedly said something about getting deported or forced out of the country?  Maybe they're hoping to get a Chinese person who is illegally here and can be threatened into sending them  money?

Have rec'd a couple of calls from 415-273-8876 in the past two weeks.  Voicemail messages left are in what I am guessing is Chinese. Blocked number.

I have been called by these people several times and they leave a message in an Oriental tongue.  I keep blocking the numbers but they seem to have several or m blocking did not work.
