called today, 2-15-18, left no message. I called the number back and continually got a busy signal. This number is located in belvedere, california, marin county. Expensive homes there, and (apparently) some cheap ne'er-do-wells, too. I blocked the number.

Got a call from this number on Feb 15 2018, at 7:17 pm PST. Dead air but someone was listening. I kept saying "Who is this?" but nobody spoke, and since I was on a headset at the time, I turned the output volume up REALLY high and whistled as loud as I could. That made the jerk hang up fast!

Same thing happened to me, same day. Forgot to mention the busy signals when attempting to call back. (Must be some scam outfit making a list of "live numbers" for future use...they picked the wrong one when they called me!)

Picked up the call but they hung up.  Called 2 days in a roll now
