Caller made it sound as if I would be arrested if I didn't respond, but I'm sure this is a scam since I have done nothing wrong.

I decided to call the number from my landline & Quest answers the phone & then I called the same number & then it was the DAV Veterans.  It's a scam!

phony arrest scam - 'four serious issues against you', 'you will be taken under custody by cops'   wants you to call 415-691-6040 to discuss...  Anyone note the coincidence of the calling number and call-back number being only two digits apart?

I’m going to be arrested by “the cops” in the next 24 hours for serious allegations against me regarding tax filings.  Total SCAM.  They want you to call back on a different line than their robo call. 415-691-6040

I called this number plus the number they said I should call which is (415) 691-6040 & spoke with some woman I asked what are the allegations she wanted to verify my name & home address, but I stated "you called me you should know" they want to hear the word "yes" on my name & address , it's a scam call because I pressured her  as to what are the allegations & I told her she was being recorded & traced, she hung up.  :)
